• The materials retrieved through the App are sourced from publicly available VCAA (Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority) past exams. These materials are the property of VCAA and/or third-party copyright holders.
• Users may access, view, and use these materials solely for their own educational purposes.
• Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
• The App includes mechanisms to detect and exclude any third-party content that may violate copyright laws, such as licensed diagrams or text extracts.

3. Restricted Content

• Some pages or materials containing third-party licensed images, diagrams, or text may not be displayed or made downloadable via the App.
• If restricted content is detected, it will be excluded from the results. Users may refer directly to the original VCAA documents for complete access.

4. Downloading and Use of Materials

• Users may download compiled PDFs generated by the App containing relevant questions and their corresponding page references, subject to compliance with VCAA's copyright guidelines.
• By using the download feature, users agree that they will not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise misuse the materials.

• The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the materials retrieved or displayed.
• vSeek is not affiliated with VCAA unless explicitly stated. The use of the App does not substitute for official access to VCAA resources.
• Users assume all responsibility for their use of the App and any materials retrieved from it.
• Some content retrieved may not be relevant to the current study design(s). Users must use the content responsibly.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

• The App processes user queries and temporarily stores data for functionality purposes only. No data is retained or stored long-term beyond what is necessary to perform searches and generate results.
