1. General Use Policy

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property
- •Materials are sourced from publicly available VCAA past exams and belong to VCAA and/or third-party copyright holders.
- •Users may access and use these materials solely for educational purposes.
- •Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
3. Restricted Content
- •Some materials containing third-party licensed content may not be displayed or downloadable.
- •Restricted content will be excluded from results. Users may refer to original VCAA documents for complete access.
4. Downloading and Use
- •Users may download PDFs generated by the App, subject to VCAA's copyright guidelines.
- •By downloading, users agree not to distribute, reproduce, or misuse the materials.
5. Disclaimers
- •The App is provided "as is" with no warranties regarding accuracy or availability.
- •vSeek is not affiliated with VCAA. The App does not substitute for official VCAA resources.
- •Some content may not align with current study designs. Use responsibly.
6. Privacy and Data
- •The App processes queries temporarily for functionality purposes only.
- •By using the App, users consent to this temporary data processing.

7. Subscriptions and Payments
- •Premium subscription plans are available for enhanced access to the App's features.
- •Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
- •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- •All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
8. Refund Policy
- •Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has begun.
- •Exceptions may be made for technical issues that prevent access to paid features. Contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring.
- •Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request.
9. Usage Limits
- •Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits on searches, chat messages, and content views.
- •Premium and Pro subscriptions provide increased or unlimited access depending on the plan.
- •Usage limits reset daily at midnight UTC.
- •We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice to users.
10. Changes to Service
- •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.
- •Updates to Terms will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
- •Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
